Nairy at Arnabal sent me a bottle of this in addition to the case of their 20 year aged balsamic vinegar I had also ordered. I had never used the blood orange oil before but I was wonderfully surprised at how well it goes on beefsteak and bluefin tuna prior to grilling.It imparts an absolutely fantastic flavor to both. It is also great on salads when blended with balsamic and Basil oil.
I highly recommend all three(the 20 yr. old Balsamic,the blood orange oil and the Basil oil). Additionally.this Arnabal store is great to do business with. They rapidly sent me replacement bottles of Balsamic that unfortunately had been broken during shipping by UPS. I got them in just two days !
