This oil combined with the 20 yr aged balsamic vinegar is unbeatable. I have used it in salad dressings, on avacados, on all types of raw veggies especially my caprese salads I make. Its the best tasting oil and balsamic ever. It is worth the price for the small amount in the bottle.
