I have been using this 20 yr. aged vinegar for a few years now. This product is every bit as good,and possibly better than the 20 or 25 yr old balsamic you would buy in specialty stores for at least twice the price. The marvelous taste and texture make it indispensable,for me, as a salad dressing mixed with a good xtra virgin olive oil. It is also great for dipping Italian bread in. Additionally, this Arnabal store is great to do business with. They are very responsive and helpful to their customers. Very professional and courteous,particularly ,Nairy is great to deal with. As for this product,as we say in Italian,'E delizioso e meraviglioso !' Mille grazie Arnabal.
